On Sept. 9, 2012 we rented a car at the Rome airport from Auto Europa (Sicily by Car). An imprint of our credit card was taken and we were given a contract for 202.82 euros. When we returned the car early on Sept. 14, we were assured there were no problems and that we would be charged 202.82 euros.

However, when we received our credit card bill October 17, we had been charged 245.65 euros. Despite repeated emails over three months in English and in Italian requesting an explanation, we have received no reply.

Without explanation, this amounts to fraud.
