I was thinking today that if Astrid Lindgren were still alive she would have to write a Pippi Longstocking (Pippi de Longstocking in French) book where terrorists attacking Villa Villekula are thrown up into a tree by Pippi. Her pet monkey, Mr. Nillson, pokes the terrorists in their eyes with a stick.
I am wearing my hair in a man bun today and am wistful for the innocence of childhood.
