Article on Laduree in Paris

Last Sunday's San Francisco Chronicle had a nice article with pictures on Laduree in Paris; especially nice for locals is the list of bakeries carrying Laduree-style macarons.

Thank you so much for this. I was in the Ferry Building last year and I was so excited to be able to buy and eat the macarrons. When in Paris I pefer the Gerard Mulot macarons over th Lauderee's.

I forwarded this thread to my daughter who is in San Francisco this week on business. She called last night to say that she has already found one bakery near her hotel, will look further, and will bring some macarons home on Friday. Woo Hoo! Thanks, Ann. Fodorites rule.
