Arsenal tickets

I'm going to be visiting London from Philadelphia next weekend, and hope to go to the Arsenal-West Ham match on Sunday, January 19th, which is sold out. Any ideas on how I can get two tickets? Are there scalpers outside Highbury? Thanks.

Jon, try some of the London ticket agencies. Just do an internet search for, well..'London ticket agencies'. There's loads of them and you should be able to find tickets somehow. You will pay a bit over the top, but at least you'll have tickets.
Otherwise just hang around some of the local pubs next Saturday morning.
Jon-Just checked Elaine's "amazing website" www.ilor.com & did a search for that match. It appears to be SAT. not Sun. & there were tickets for 135 GBP! Check it out. And thank you Elaine!

Firstly: Don't go to the Arsenal. They are the dark side. Move into the light and come to Tottenham.

But if you really are hellbound....

There will be "scalpers" (we call them touts) outside the hellhole that the gooners play in.

A couple of warnings: It is actually illegal to sell football tickets outside the ground. THis law is rarely enforced, but you should know this.

Also; many tickets are sold as a part of a membership scheme, this is a anti hooliganism thing. If you are sold a memebers ticket it will clearly state this on the ticket. It is useless without the accompanying memebrs voucher. They won't let you in, and you can't go crying to the police (see above)

Arse-anal v West Spam is a london derby and as such quite a sought after game, so expect to pay around £100 for a decent ticket. If money is an issue the trick is to hold out to as close to kick of as possible for before buying. This is risky but will get you the best price.

But do you really want to support the axis of evil? (arsenal Chelsea and leeds).
