Are all the Seine Cruises BYOB? Specifically Bateaux Parisiens?
I have a coupon from the Paris Visite card for a 50% reduction in the price of the cruise so was hoping to take this one. Does anyone know if the other two companies are both BYOB? We are hoping to have a lovely picnic on board. Thanks for your help.

I don't think any of the short sightseeing trips in Paris has a bar aboard the boat. Bateaux Parisiens have a bar on their landing stage, but I don't think there's any restriction on what you can take on the boat. London is very different in that most of the boats to Greenwich, etc, have bars, so passengers are not allowed to bring their own drinks aboard.

The vedette du pont neuf cruise we took is BYOB, as is the other vedette cruise that begins at the Eiffel Tower. If you choose to go on either one of them you can print out a discount coupon off their websites for €2 off the €9 regular fare.

The vedette du pont neuf cruise is wonderful, and having a picnic with wine during the cruise is a great idea!!
We took the 2 Euro coupon, but if you can get 50% off, go for it -- I would have the coupons just in case.
The sunset cruise was great if you are going in the winter -- the a nice dinner afterwards. Enjoy!

i second vedettes. BYOB is a new term for me. Vedettes dont sell booze on board but have a bar beside ticket booth. but there are no tables and few unused seats so a traditional picnic would not be that easy, unless you move towards the engines of the boat where the view is inferior.
