Spent wonderful evening, dinner aboard Bateau Mouches. Ride lasts for about 2 hrs. along the Seine. Men hve to wear coat and tie or will not be allowed on board. If you don't, they will supply a tie for the gentlemen.
FYI: In the TV movie, "The Bourne Identity," (R. Chamberlain), there are a few scenes aboard one of the dinner boats.

Regards, Coco

I would also recommend Vedettes du Pont-Neuf . Live commentary in French and English...smaller boats. We ate elswhere and took the last cruise of the evening (at 10 or 10:30), when it was finally dark, about an hour cruise. I don't think you need reservations.

Everything Karen (above me) said is accurate. We took the 10:30 ride. I went earlier in the day and bought tickets; the tickets are not for any particular time only a ticket; so we got there about 30 min early and had no problems getting good seats. I think they had one or two boats later in the evening. Access to the boats are from the right bank at Pont Neuf (A few steps from the Pont Neuf Metro).
