Apartment Temple I Prague

I found this apartment in prague: http://www.perfectplaces.com/vacation-rentals/16949.htm

It looks nice, but I hate to book without reviews. Is anyone familiar with this apartment? Or other apartments under the same management?

In case anyone else is interested, I ended up staying in this apartment, and it was fine. Clean, good location, friendly manager.
