Apartment Rental for one week

My girlfriend and I are traveling to London for one week during the first week of March. Does anyone know of an inexpensive apartment (studio or 1 bedroom) in a nice section of London? We would like to have the option to cook some meals on our own. Any suggestions?

In doing research for my own trip, I found these apartment listings(found link from this message board):

http://www.euracom.co.uk/value.html

The Bloomsbury studio apartment is the least expensive, I believe, at 360 pounds for the week, plus there's a 30 pound booking charge. So that's 390 pounds for 7 nights (which is the minimum, I believe). It comes to under 60 pounds a night, which seems to be a pretty darn good deal.
