Apartment in Bloomsbury, London

Hello.

A couple of years ago I stayed in an apartment in Bloomsbury, London, and I want to book it for some family who are coming over, but the problem is that I can't remember what it was called.....
The only thing I can remember about the name is that it was something to do with the comedy show Friends.
Vague, I know. sorry

Does anyone know the apartment building I am talking about?

Is there anything more that you remember about the neighborhood/surroundings? A bookstore, a restaurant, the tube stop? A coffee shop called Central Perk downstairs, anything? A naked guy in the next building?

Do you not keep records from your trips? That's only a couple years ago, don't you have a receipt, copy of the order and confirmation or something like that? Was it done by email? Was it paid by credit card? At least you'd get the company name.

How could it not be any of those things, how did you rent it if not by email?

Also, it would help if you delete all your emails and throw out all your records if you said what website you used for someone to maybe know what you are talking about.

was it a whole bldg of serviced apartments? Or just one privately owned apartment w/i a block of flats?

At least where was it -- street name - "Bloomsbury" covers a lot of territory.

If this was 12 or 15 years ago I can understand not remembering anything but you say it was only a couple of years ago. Was anyone else traveling w/ you? Maybe he/she will remember something.

Check your card statements. There may be a clue in them

Thanks for the replies all.

I stayed here a few nights with some people I'm no longer in touch with, so I couldn't ask them where it was.

However, I've remembered about it now after I racked my brains for a few hours. The reason I thought it has something to do with Friends was because of Chandler Bing, and the apartment building was on Byng Place. Haha.

So, I did a search, and the apartment seems to be advertised by various companies, and the price for it differed by over £1000, so I went with the cheapest, but the one on Byng Place wasn't available for the period I wanted, so I booked one of their other apartments instead at Bedford Place, which is basically the same area.
It came in under what I'd budgeted so all is well.
Here it is - http://bloomsburyapartments.co.uk/be...partment-for-6

Now, to sort out which museums we are going to visit....
