Next week my husband will be returning to our place in Portugal and it has been 21 months (due to Covid) since our last visit. A year ago we signed on to YouTube TV. I understand we could watch it in Portugal if we take our fire stick and get
VPN. Does anyone use this abroad for You Tube. I would love any information about using VPN as far as setting it up, which one do you use and recommend, ease of accessing it etc. We are both senior citizens and technologically challenged so I am a little hesitant to go forward. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I currently use ProtonVPN, although when traveling I mostly use it for banking. I rarely access YouTube even at home. I also use Proton email, so I get a discount for the VPN. I like them because they are extremely privacy-conscious.

I don't find it complicated but once upon a time I was a techie. There are numerous reviews online if you do a search.
