Anyone stay recently at Hotel de Fleurie?

Tripadvisor reviews are favorable, but I'd like to hear from Fodorites who may have stayed here recently, and may have at least seen a SINGLE room.

I've received what I believe is a really good quote (90E/nt. for a SINGLE). Compared to other 3* similarly located, it seems good.

Any recent info?

Thanks.

I've not stayed there but it was on my list when I was planning a trip to Paris - and I don't remember ever hearing a negative thing. Only positives. I didn't book because they didn't respond to my email in a timely fashion.

Ninety euro for a single at the Fleurie is a pretty good rate. I've never stayed there but from what I've read singles are going to be very small. It would be good to know if the decor is similar to the larger rooms though.

francofile, my thoughts exactly. That's why I'm trying to find someone who's been there lately.

Anyone?

I stayed at the Fleurie in the summer of '04. I had one of the two rooms on the top floor. It was large enough to throw a small cocktail party. Sorry I don't remember how the room was classified, but it had a real double bed. I paid 150 euro.

thanks, luveurop! Hmmm, you're giving me an idea... a small cocktail party in Paris sounds like fun!
