Any info on MagicalSpain?

We are planning a trip to Spain using MagicalSpain to arrange our tour. Does anyone have any information about them? We haven't yet gotten an invoice from them and our trip is scheduled for next month! I'm worried!

Sorry, don't know anything about this tour company, but judging by their prices, you can do a lot better with a number of other companies operating in both the States and Spain.

It's interesting that on their web site they use the US Dollar symbol ($) instead of the Euro symbol (&euro, yet all of their prices are listed in Euros. A little confusing.

The tour price comparison chart they use is one that was first used by Cobblestone Tours.

Buenos Dias!

I'm Richard Harris manager of MagicalSpain a US-owned boutique specialty travel company in Spain and wanted to follw up on this forum again although have done so in person already..... Dear____, Thanks for your question. Truth is June 2007 was very busy month in a record year for us which is why we were slow sending you a bill. Also as you'll see, we give a lot of attention to our customers on the ground in Spain which may slow down our sales and billing. Sorry for any inconvience and glad that your trip went well.....Custom Private Group Trips & Pricing: No one offers more unique experiences nor more unique contact with talented people in Spain and Portugal.
We aren't cheap nor or we the most expensive. We don't do low quality mass-market tours with big groups on bubble buses so our cost are high. We do high quality tailor-made lifestyle vacations designed to fit each persons interest and passions. So we are not for everyone as 85% of our tours are costly tailor-made masterpieces VIP style for private groups of families or friends...generally with 6 - 20 persons. One customer told me its sorta like the difference between going to a elite private Ivy League school or going to community college. Hope this helps and let me know if i can help with anything else. Hope to see your group again on another private custom tour of other regions of Spain or Portugal in 2008 or 2009.

happy travels/ buen viaje,
Richard Harris

Interesting the way Magical Spain finally picked up on this post (6 months late), and added a little plug (a little free advertising) for the company along the way, but didn't address the issues at hand except to say that they were too busy to respond to a client...

Nevermind being the most poorly written sales pitch I have ever heard.
