Looks fine to me, although I agree with Blackduff about the number of days in Ronda and Arcos, but I wouldn't try to see both in one day. Ronda is worth a night or two in order to spend at least a full day there. It's a whole lot more intresting and fun the Arcos.
You can checkout my web page on our trip to Andalucia a few years ago. Maybe it will give you a few new ideas. We followed a very similar route, just in a different order.

Blackduff, Ronda is definitely not a village...
A single night in Arcos will be fine, and two more in Ronda, considering you may tour Grazalema, Zahara, etc. Athird night I'd find many things to do, a trip to Setenil, or Benalauría (with a great restaurant: La Molienda).

Okay, it's a very, very large village with a population of over 40,000 people.
Probably I should have written "Town" but certainly I wouldn't use Ronda as a "City".

I would agree with others not to combine Ronda with another village/town in the one day. We live in Spain and have only done day trips to Ronda so far but always feel cheated and look forward to staying overnight sometime.
In such a short trip I doubt I would spend 2 nights in each of Arcos and Ronda. I would be tempted to add a night to both Seville and Granada, or 2 nights to Seville. But these are very personal decisions.
