An Interesting Book
For those who love (or like) Paris and are amused by the French (or are Francophiles):
"Paris to the Moon" by Adam Gopnik.
Gopnik, who writes for the New Yorker, lived in Paris from 1995 - 2000 with his wife and young son.
I found the book funny, amusing, sometimes insightful, and altogether - a good read.

I liked this very much, received it as a gift a few years ago. I see his pieces occasionally in The New Yorker.
Slightly off topic, has anyone read The Hare with Amber Eyes, by Edmund de Waal, set in Paris, Vienna, Tokyo? I'm about 1/2 way through and am fascinated.
