Limiting coffeshops to locals doesn't make much sense at all. Have you ever met a Dutch person who smokes? They are few and far between.

I don't know what to make of the mushroom situation. I've definitely heard they've been outlawed. Perhaps the law hasn't gone into effect yet?

"Protitutes must be over 21 and they, and their pimps, must be licensed." - I wonder if other countries/cities will pick up the trend. Will they also be unionized? Will they be paid overtime? Will they ever go on strike?

Seriously, this is such a huge problem all over the world, I hope Amsterdam will be able to do something against himan traffiking, and set an example for other countries.
