American Sick in Granada

My 14 year old son is sick and I would like to take him to a doctor. What would you suggest? Thanks.

Take him to an Ambulatorio or Hospital, depending on how serious it is. They´ll take care of you and no money will be demanded (they´ll ask for details of your insurance, probably). Health care is free in Spain (payable through our taxing system).

They most probably will ask about your insurance as you´re a foreign citizen.

What you do is go to a hospital or central de salud.

Bring along his data, insurance, passport.
If you in a hotel then ask them to help.
