Traveling to Copenhagen, Oslo and Bergen. Do most of the higher end ( 4 Star) hotels provide shampoo and conditioners like in US? Also looking for Copenhagen restaurants that are really good but not $1000 for dinner for 4. We do like high end restaurants in the US

Evene student accommodation I stayed in provided shampoo etc.
Of course 'high end' places do. In fact, most brag about the quality of their personal products. So look at the hotel's website - if it is 'high end' they will tell you the brand of their soaps/shampoos, etc.
(BTW - 'star level' doesn't necessarily mean the same thing in Europe that it does in the States for example . . . )

<<In fact, most brag about the quality of their personal products>> And often they are perfectly ordinary products purchasable at the local supermarket, but they have European labels, so you think they are "special." They aren't.
Pay attention to janisj's warning about stars - they don't necessarily mean the same thing in Europe as they do in the USA.
