Amelie's Montmartre -- Does someone know how to pull an old January 03 article from Michelin's website?
Hi, I'm reading the following article
http://travel2.nytimes.com/2003/08/1...;ex=1092369600
and the writer writes the following:
"[I]n January [2003] the Michelin guide Web site www.viamichelin.com published a two-hour itinerary of Amélie's world (it can be found in the archives)."
I can't figure out what on earth she means by the archives. Does anyone know? Better yet, can someone supply a link?
Thanks.

This article from the "Archives" on viamichelin.com deals with Montmartre, the date seems to be right, but there is no mention of Amélie that I can see:

Great. How did you find this, by the way? I find Michelin's website really difficult to use.
I typed "Michelin Amelie Montmartre" in Google and I found this:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~couvreur/engl/...elie/intro.htm
Thanks.

By the way, I see one way of getting the article now. Just not very intuitive.
Go to http://www.viamichelin.com
Click Magazine.
Click Archives (on top left corner).
Scroll through the articles in "Destinations" (the one on Montmartre is the one titled "Paris".
There're some other interesting articles there too.
Was this how you found it, Eloise?

No I didn't check that one -- thanks Lewis.
Thanks Eloise, again. I wish that Michelin had a search function. This was just not very intuitive.
On the same website is an article on the Marais. I post the link here for those interested:

Also The Parisguide had an issue with the spots. Maybe they will have back copies.

Hey thanks, cigale. Turns out that the link you gave is the same as the link I gave in the first post. I was just curious to go back to the original Michelin article that was mentioned in the article, but actually it seems like that Michelin article doesn't refer to Amelie at all.
Thanks again.
Thanks again.
