Airport Limo Service from Heathrow to Kensington

I got the name justairports from this site, We have tried to contact them via email several times, do you know if they are still in business. Are there any other limo service that you recommend. Thank you

Try Ray Skinner at http://www.london-transfers.com
or www.swisscottagecars.com.

I've used Ray skinner and i know Neopatrick always recommends Swiss Cottage

I used justairports 2 years ago. I do remember it takeing a whie before I received my confirmation from their website. It did eventually come, and their service was very good, especially for the price.

Thank you for your replys. I checked the price on london-transfers, it is about 90 USD. Would it be more reasonable to get a taxi from Heathrow to central London.

Yes - justairports is very much still in business. The other services mentioned above all have good names - but are also all more expensive than Justairports. Especially if you pay cash.

If they don't answer - there may be a glitch w/ their e-mail -- or your own e-mail filter may be blocking them out.

If you don't hear from them, I'd phone.

janisj: I posted this earlier today under "justairports." and wanted to get yours or anybody's take on this:
"I just placed a call to justairports to make a reservation as mine did not go through on email and received an a quote that was at least 20 plus pounds over the quote on their site, about 94 pounds. When I pointed it out the agent told me that their site was under "construction." Anyone have this problem before. Perhaps I was calling the wrong number? 02089001666? I shall try another company."
The quote on the website was about 74 pounds for pickup and return, which I thought was great, but even allowing for any communication problem I am certain the agent thought the 74 pound quote on the website was a lot of hooey. Perhaps I will call them again and speak to another agent?

Here are their posted rates http://www.justairports.com/prices.htm

Maybe the person answering was a call service/center or something.

Thanks janisj. I checked the website again and the 94 pound quote could have been for the MPV, so I will try again.

I did call Just Airports again and received the same quote of 94 pounds, roundtrip for airport transfer. I'm sure the service on the ground is great; but certainly the telephone booking leaves a lot to be desired. The online booking form clearly states an estate car is appropriate for 3 persons and 3 pieces of luggage; but the agent insisted on booking us a "people mover at 94 pounds instead of 74 for an estate car. I booked with Swiss Cottages instead for 39 pounds one way.

Oh - that's too bad. I'd send justairports an e-mail explaining they lost some business because the phone staff doesn't seem to know what the website says.

I've never heard of anyone except for a family of 6 who needed a people mover (mini van).
