airline tickets

Does anyone know which airline recently had a promotion which included a stop one the same ticket to another european city before or after the destination ticket?

I'm not sure I understand your post, but if you're asking which airline was offering a deal where you flew to London, then could add an additional free leg to one of 7 cities beyond London, it was on British Air.

Check the Icelandair site. It has a good offer of a flight to a city witha stop in Iceland, with excellent prices.
