airline seating by confirmation #
A while back someone posted a site on which you could put in your ticket confirmation # and find seating charts for your flight. I don't mean seatguru . I 'v searched to no avail.

You probably need to go to the airline site. I know www.nwa.com has this feature.

I booked my tickets online with Continental, and have a freq flyer account. I can log in, pull up my itinerary, and there is a tab to view or change the seats, shown on a cabin diagram. I chose my own seats when I made the reservation.
If you did not book online, but do have an account with the airline, you may or may not be able to view your itinerary and seats online. I had booked a flight online before, then had to call airline to ask questions and change the dates. That revised itinerary was not posted to my online account so I couldn't view it (don't know if they could have added it or not)...
