(I have a feeling you're going to get some abuse on this one...)
Try going to Orbitz, Hotwire, Expedia or any of the other dozens of websites that offer tickets. In light the unusual time frame, be sure to check out two one-ways rather just round trips.

The advice from jenifer is good; there are agencies that specialize in just what you need - - and they avoid the high surcharges you are encountering - - for tickets applicable to stays of over (30, 60 or) 90 days.
STA travel and Council Travel are two such examples.
