Air from Paris to CT Help Needed
Hello
We've been back from our '04 trip to Italy for 3 months now and I am almost done planning the '05 trip. Next year, we are taking my Parents and 15 year old son which means different choices and planning from our usual type of trip (staying in apartments versus Hotels).
The only detail left that I'm having problems with and hope you can help is getting from Paris to CTerre. We were going to take the overnight train through Milan but decided against it. Instead, we want to fly. The problem is air is soso expensive right now. I have tried multiple sites and am only finding $600 flights into Milan or Florence. Can anyone recommend an inexpensive airline from Paris to Milan, Florence or Genoa? Has anyone ever traveled on Easyjet?
Thanks in advance.

I've flown EasyJet a couple times and thought they were great. You can fly it from Paris Orly or CDG to either Nice or Milan and then drive to the CT, or take trains. You can also take Volare airlines which is inexpensive from Paris Orly to Milan Malpensa.
By the way the drive from Nice to CT is only about a half hour longer than from Milan. I'm not sure about the rest of your trip, so I'm not sure if getting a car in Nice (France) would be preferable or not to getting one in Milan. Or even if you want a car for the rest of your trip.
