agriturism in abruzzo & south

We'll be in southern Italy during the first 2 weeks in September and would like to stay at some agritour farms in Abruzzo, Puglia, Campania, Basilicata or Calabria. Have you stayed at any that you would recommend ?
Thanks
Bob

We went to cooking school in Abruzzo last October and loved it. As part of the school we had lunch and spent a part day at an agritour farm. It was gorgeous and the food fantastic. We also meet some people who were staying on the farm and they raved about it. It is called Le Magnolie (also make a great olive oil by the same name) and is in Loreto Aprutino outside of Pescara. I'm not sure how to contact them directly, but they work with The Parker Company whose web site is www.theparkercompany.com.

Bob, check out the agriturismo Seliano in Paestum. It is a wonderful place - their website simply does not do it justice. The food is incredible. Just spent six days there (my third visit).Minutes away from the ruins & museum.Feel free to contact me for further information. Linda

Le Magnolie is featured on the current issue of the "Viaggi e sapori" Italian magazine: http://www.viaggiesapori.it/59_733.htm#Gli indirizzi. Also check the article about Isola d'Elba: the guy on the bike is a friend on mine ^_^

I stayed at an agriturismo establishment outside of Naples in a tiny untouristy village called Sant'Agata dei Goti. I almost dont want to mention it, it was so untouched. The place was called Mustilli. It's a winery. They also have wonderful, fresh food. MMM. Here's the web site: http://www.mustilli.com/ I had originally found out about it in Gourmet Magazine.
