Advice Please!

Please help!
For our honeymoon, my fiance and I are planning a trip to Europe. We are both active people who love to see historic and unique cities and their architecture. However, we are not huge fans of museums or the opera. Please let me know if you think this itinerary is too agressive. Also, please recommend what you would eliminate and where you would add time. These destinations were chosen becuase neither of us have been to any of these location yet and we hear good things about them.

Thanks so much!!!

You might want to put something in your subject line that indicates your destinations. Every single post here is looking for advice, so people may not even read your post unless they know what you want advice on.

That said, you have 8 days on the ground and 4 destinations - exhausting, even for the young and fit. You won't even begin to get to know anything about any of these places.

It's a honeymoon. Relax.

yes, I think it's too aggressive. Those places will be there in the future, you don't have to see everything, you won't enjoy it if you don't have more than a day to see a place and spend as much time traveling there.

I might knock off Venice, it doesn't seem to fit the itinerary at all. Munich, Vienna, Budapest would be plenty.

You're going to 4 place for 1 day each. Way too much as you already know otherwise you wouldn't have asked.

See Venice and do some day trips from there to other locations within Italy. There's plenty of beautiful architecture in Venice and you never have to step into a museum. Although it would be a shame to miss museums that are in old palazzi, such as Ca d'Oro, where you can see the architecture from the inside.

In 8 days - and for a honeymoon - I would do 1 or at most 2 destinations. You have a lovely tour of the train stations of europe - and will have time to actually see next to nothing - never mind relax and take in the atmosphere.

Hi TG,

>For our honeymoon, my fiance and I are planning a trip to Europe.<

A very aggressive, tiring trip as currently planned.

Do you really plan to get along in 3 languages in 1 week?

Half your time will be spent changing hotels.

Is there a problem with flying into Venice and out of Florence or Pisa?

Who would just go to Paris.
