Thank you rosemaryoz. We had a hunch Chateau Feely might be a good spot but we will need to come back and stay there on another trip. This being our first time to the Dordogne, we took the advice and booked a B&B (Balcon en Foret) in Beynac, closer to the sights one must see. Caro was unable to do 4 nights and we prefer one base rather than checking-in and out multiple times in the course of so few nights.

I will do a brief report upon return of all our accommodations Paris, Barcelona, Carcasonne and Beynac……

Regards to all,

Lizz

Hi Lizz, You will love Beynac...very picturesque, and certainly plenty of good dining options closeby. Enjoy you trip!
