Advance tickets for WALKING up Eiffel tower

Is there a site to purchase tickets in advance for taking the steps up? I haven't been able to find how to do that. I'll be there with four kids between April 6-9. Are there tickets available? Thanks!

We've walked up twice in the last 5 years or so. We got there about 9:30 and there was no queue - just fronted up and paid. Of course, I can't guarantee you the same experience, although I will comment that the queues for the lifts at the same times were VERY long. On the first trip we bought tickets to the third level on the second level (need to check if that's still available). The second time we just went to the second level as we felt the views were just as good from there. The third trip we didn't go up at all but just watched the lights go on at night. Our kids loved climbing the stairs and giving us a hard time because we were slower than them!

Dreamon, thanks for the reply- my kids will do the same for sure!

Still wondering, though, whether I can purchase tickets in advance since I'm not sure we'll be able get there early.
