Accommodation in London

Hi I am arriving London from India on 15Th July. I will be covering London, Scotland, Dublin and other small cities.
Can any1 Suggest me some good hotels in Central London and Scotland. In Dublin my friend lives so we will stay with him only

Will spend 4 days in London, 2 in Scotland and 1 Week in Dublin.
Budget approx 200GBP

Check Londontown.com. They always seem to give the best prices. 200GBP a night should get you a first class room.

hi vaibhav45-

That's a difficult question to answer. Central London is vast with numerous neighborhoods. I'd start with a 'must see' list, then research the neighborhoods that are nearby 'most' of the attractions for a base. Or choose a neighborhood or two that sounds the most appealing to you.

Also, what city/cities are you visiting in Scotland?

There are many, many threads on accommodations in London; if you do a search for "London hotel" you'll get lots of results. Your budget should not be an issue - that's easily doable. Neighborhoods I'd look at are Bloomsbury, Mayfair, Covent Garden and Kensington. (Mayfair may be a little tougher to do with your budget, but maybe not.)

Agreed - "Scotland" is pretty big. What cities will you be in?

Scotland is a large country. "2 nights in Scotland" is like asking "2 nights in India, what hotel would be best?" Of course India is vastly larger - but the concept is the same.

Do you mean 2 nights in Edinburgh? Or someplace else?
