I must laugh at the suggestion that we change Perrier to something else less American. My French is not great but I did see a copy of the play in the original French and one of the few words that I could easily pick out was "Perrier". If it was good enough for Yasmina Reza, the playwright, it's good enough for us.

NYCFoodSnob, did you used to post as HIHO?

Your writing style is similar and I used to get amused by your referrals to pareos.

Patrick, I would love to see your play, do you think it will come to Hollywood?

Dear chardonnay,

I've been reading Travel Talk since it's been available on the web but my very first post was August of this year as NYCFoodSnob and this I.D. will remain. I've come to realize that many fodorites engage in the blood sport called "multiple-user-names" (eg: Degas/dumas1870) but I prefer respecting a business owner's rules. I do not know HIHO and I've never mentioned a pareo because wrap skirts are not my style.

I'd love to know who Pareo was. i enjoyed those posts alot, never mean, only playful.
NYC SNOB is not that person, I disagree. I think her style is different. I don't follow all posters, I've got more to do and spend too much time as it is. i've no children but I'm amazed how many of you with a family spend so much time on line.

Who, Me? I am just bored at the office.

When I used to read here it was the time frame when HIHO was posting about pareos.

I agree NYCFS, pareos are not the style unless you are in Tahiti, then they are the cat's meow.

Chardonnay, on a beach in Tahiti, I wear a man's XXL white linen shirt over my swimsuit. I've always had a thing for men's shirts and I try and keep a favorite from every husband/lover I encounter. In my bungalow, I remove the swimsuit and remain naked under the linen shirt. I adore being naked in the heat.

Someone, please help cigale. She's having a little word difficulty.

Sorry, Patrick, for the hijacking. I went to "ART's" opening on Broadway. I'm afraid I won't be seeing your version.

Good for you, but Tahiti is so humid you should just take off the shirt too.

Aha, ahem, this poor sick puppy who gives New york a bad name, thinks this thread is about her. As usual, I may say
Snob is not the guy she thinks she is.
Patrick can live without your critique.

So NYC, etc. is a man? Well, well, then keep your shirt on and put on some pants too.
Sorry Patrick, this thread is outta hand now.
Bye bye, back to work.
