Okay, I don't have phone numbers or anything at the moment, but I'll tell you where I like to go...
Terza Carbonia
Torre del Mangia
Vanilla Cucina
Torre del Pisa
If I think of any others, I'll let you know. Theses places are around 40-60 Euro a head. Everything included though.

My recommendation is for a restaurant called "Boeucc", (pronounced like "birch") which means "hole" in old Milanese. It is the oldest restaurant in Milan, operating since 1696 and is located on Piazza Belgioioso, which is also just behind the Rinascente store (about 2 or 3 streets away in a maze like way). The meal and the ambiance were absolutely excellent.
I believe it is considered to be the best restaurant in Milan.

The moderator of the Italy board on eGullet wholeheartedly recommends Boccodivino. He is extremely knowledgable about wine and Italy (since he lives there). I don't know where it is, but one may try a Google search or go to the eGullet site and try to find some information.

We recently went to Milan and ate at a fabulous restaurant in Monza called Pizzeria del Centro. Their menu was huge, and we had a server that spoke perfect English and translated the entire menu for us! What a guy! The food was incredible, and my husband has been there before with colleagues and has always had the same great experience.
Good luck!!

There are so many great restaurants in the Brera area. We just wandered around and found some great ones... La Briciola is the only name I can remember now, but there were several others nearby that all looked fantastic (we ate at a few in our limited time there). I'm sure your hotel concierge could recommend some places (and make reservations if necessary) in Brera if you wanted some other suggestions.
