Sundried-- I think you must be referring to Attanasio's.

Waldo: thanks for the tip. And sfogliatelli is indeed worth any trip. I ate one on the spot and bought two to bring home - on my flight! Was carefully carrying them like carrying a baby.

Another thought. I notice in Italy that seafood is never peeled. In Australia seafood (Americans call it shrimp where we call them prawns) is most often presented peeled. As I love seafood I tend to stick to fish served in a fillet style. Any suggestions on how to eat other types of seafood elegantly.

tjhome, thank you for the interesting report, and sorry for hijacking your thread
You're right, there were few TRs on Naples. I was there last summer but haven't got time to write about it yet. Glad that you were able to see many great things in Naples that I intended to see but couldn't have (the veiled Christ, sigh).

Hi tjhome1, enjoyed your trip report about Naples. I was there in October and loved it also. I was wondering if you could give me the name of the Air b&b you rayed at. I am thinking of returning on a solo trip. Thank you.

tjhome1--I'm happy you enjoyed Naples. I knew you would. I keep reminiscing of my trips to Naples, and many more of those stories. Buona fortuna!
