It´s apple wine and "Rippchen mit Karut". The rest of the advice is spot on.

If you feel somewhat adventurous ask for "Handkäs mit Musik"!

Earnestly, take a train into downtown Frankfurt (12 min riding time, frequent departures, train station is right within the airport). Stroll through the city and along the riverbanks, see the Römer and visit one of the excellent museums.
