Is that "we" the US or Europe, PalenQ? I would guess maybe that figure is about the same for either -- no?

There was the case where a bunch of illegals were found mopping floor at the Government Immigration department

I am certain there will be some people who are amazed that any nation or government or coalition of governments, etc., has actually lasted this long AND that it has more than a few satisfied inhabitants and at the same time ISN'T in North America...astounding!
