I think in your EU they are legal even if illegal.

Do they mow grass and mop floors while their "employers" complain about all those illegal people using all the bennies up?

There was the case where a bunch of illegals were found mopping floor at the Government Immigration department

I am certain there will be some people who are amazed that any nation or government or coalition of governments, etc., has actually lasted this long AND that it has more than a few satisfied inhabitants and at the same time ISN'T in North America...astounding!
