48hr hop on hop off bus
I purchased the 48hr. hop on and hop off bus for both the 110 and the archeobus. my plan is to have the family ride the 110 on Saturday and look at the main sights and then travel on Sunday down the appian way to the catacombs. I don't expect the catacombs to use all day Sunday, though.
my questions is: does anyone know whether you must stick to one bus for one day exclusively? for istance, can we ride the 110 on Saturday AND Sunday along with the archobus on Sunday?
the website doesn't containt he answer to my question (at least not that I can find), and I haven't come across a similar answer on the forum, so . . . help!

I think the reference to "appian way" was a big clue.
If all you want to see is the catacombs there are other public transit options for getting there. The arecheobus does go quite a bit farther down the Appian Way which is interesting to see/explore and also to some of the impressive acqueducts. You might want to make several stops
The two routes intersect at a few stops in the central part of Rome. You could switch routes at these points but would have to have tickets for both

that's my question: I have tix for both that last 48 hrs. I'm wondering whether I can ride BOTH buses on both days or whether I have to ride one bus on one day and the other bus on the second day.
Does anyone know?

ok. thank you. I think I thought it was a problem because i just have a printout for my tix right now. I have to go to the kiosk to pick up the actual boarding card. I'm not sure how it works. I'm scared if I use the card on both buses it will somehow scan in and show that I used them both and then I can't use either on the second day?
I know, I know. I'm paranoid.

just so everyone knows - my experience with the 110 bus and the archeobus was TERRIBLE!!!!!! I highly recommend everyone stay away from this bus. Sorry, I will expalin more in my trip report (if anyone cares), but I'm too angry right now. I feel like we just wasted our money - especially for the archeobus. ick.
