Honeymoon trip to London in January 2018
Hi guys, I'm flying from Singapore on 11 January for 10 days. Was planning on visiting 2 countries & spend the rest of our days in London.
Hoping to get some ideas on which country to go & where to stay... (airbnb or hotel?) / (is Paris a must?)
We land at 10AM, is Uber easy enough to use around Europe?
Thanks!

ten days is not enough for two countries plus London - or even 2 cities plus London. No one can tell you which place(s) you should visit. But assuming you have 10 days on the ground (not counting travel days) pick two cities you have always dreamed of visiting. London and Paris or Paros and Rome or whatever.
No need to use uber most places. Public transport including buses, trams, taxis are VERY easy/accessible in most European cities.
No one can advise you where to stay until you decide where you are going. Rental apartments are fine in many cities - but NOT in Paris. Most vacation apartments are illegal there.
I'd suggest you pick up a couple of guide books and decide for yourselves which two you want to visit. Then we can help you make plans.

There must be some place, some things, some interests that draw you. There must be someplace that you have dreamed of seeing. When I was young, I developed a huge interest in Greek and Roman architecture and Renaissance Art, so Rome, Florence and Paris were high on my list. Now I enjoy cultures that are different than mine - Turkey, Morocco, etc. Only you can figure out what are must sees for you.

Oh, weather is important to me also. I hate cold and/or wet weather, but will brave freezing for an event like Fasnacht in Basel, Switzerland or a snowy Christmas in Bavaria. I won't do that in a place that I feel is best at other times of year. Something for you to think about because January can be cold and blustery in much of Europe and you need warm clothes. OTOH, in cities, you can always plan do lots of things inside and stop at cafes for hot food and drinks.

The weather as you know will be very different from Singapore so cold weather attire will be necessary. Days will be very short. Pick another city plus London for your trip. Open jaw into one city and return from the second city to Singapore will maximize your holiday time. London and Paris make for an easy pair due to ease of train travel between the two but you can pick another city than Paris.
