36 hours in Paris
My Mom and I are taking a 10 day trip to London in late April and are doing the Chunnel to Paris for one night. We would appreciate hotel suggestions (moderately priced, but nice) and where to stay closest to charm, patisseries and unique shopping. Help?!

Hi.

Check Residence Lord Byron (type it in to Google and you'll get lots of links) at 5 rue de Chateaubriand; 3 stars, about $150 for a double, perfect location for your preferences. Also check out the Bretonnerie in the Marais district.

You're welcome.
