3 weeks in Europe... need help please

OK here's the situation... Me and my friends are going to Europe for 3 weeks. Our target destinations are Spain (Ibiza), Amsterdam, Germany and Prague. I know my way around in Prague, but the rest, I have no clue. I'm definitely after the nightlife and the scenery and my budget is fairly flexible. What should I do? Where should I go? Need your help please...

Thanks

I think some guide books would be a good place to start.

check out guidebooks from your public library

pick up free information from tourist kiosks and hotel lobbies after arrival

Hello everyone...
I would like to know if anyone knows like local spots that I can go to? Just something that's not tourisy or not listed in guidebooks that is worth going to? (Bars, restaurants...etc)
Thanks in advance
