3 nights in Ireland
I'll be arriving in Dublin the end of June at 9:00am from the US and will spend the 1st day and night in Dublin, then heading south by car for 2 nights. I'd like to see the Rock of Cashel, the Blarney Stone, Adare Castle using Killarney as our home base. I'd like to see rural Ireland, colorful towns, some castles, and go for a 2-hr horse ride through the countryside, but I'm afraid of heights and cliffs while driving so I'll probably skip the Ring of Kerry and Dingle. Any suggestions as to how much I can fit into 2 1/2 days driving? Thanks

You only have 3 nights which is really 2.5 days total - assuming you are flying out on the 4th day.
Not enough time to go that far - where are you leaving from DUB? If so you need to get back there by the evening prior to a morning flight, or in the morning for an afternoon flight.
W/ such a short time in country, I'd stay closer to Dublin.

Answered elsewhere similar (same?) question
Thursday, Land and collect the car, M50/M4/M6 Clonmacnoise and overnight Birr,
Friday, Birr castle Demesne, Portumna Slieve Aughty, Gort, Kilmacdugh, Kinvara or Ballyvaughan.
Saturday, Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty, Limerick/Adare, Listowel, Dingle (I didn't say that)
Sunday, Slea Head, Killarney, Muckross/National park Kenmare.
Monday, Blarney, Kinsale, Cork airport.
