Lost baggage
I sent my baggage from France to Spain and the baggage 2 months now is lost and the service is fooling with me 2 months. My baggage is 30 kilos. How is it possible to loose such a package, it is not an envelop.
One day they told me that the baggage will arrive and the next that the baggage is lost.
I am still waiting for the reimbursement but the things that I had inside cost much more.
Is there any possibility if I sue them to gain something?

The folks at Flyertalk might be able to provide better assistance as many of them have a good working knowledge of the EU regulations regarding flights and baggage and consumer protection.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Your story is missing most of the details.
Did you fly with this luggage? If so and it didn't turn up when you landed - you don't leave the airport without knowing what the problem is and when you will get the luggage.
If you shipped it you need to contact the shipper as soon as it doesn't arrive - and get details on how they will fix the problem.
How can anyone give you advice without the basic information.
(And you never wait 2 months for anything!)
