Beauriful! These make me want to start planning a trip to Germany! It's amazing that here were so few people on the street in May. Looks like the time to go!

Actually, there were quite a few people around. Getting a room in Würzburg and Bamberg was a problem, and while we were not aware of the problem in Leipzig, we were there during there annual Goth weekend--hundreds if not thousands of them around in the city.

Loved your pictures! The flowers were lovely. I am glad to see that someone else is fascinated with manhole covers and their shapes and patterns. (I think that is what they are anyway--the round or square metal grids on the streets that provide access to wires, pipes, etc. under the pavement.)

It has not yet been created. I need to edit the pictures to recall what we saw before I can write up a report.

Your idea of photographing the manhole covers to "announce" each city is quite clever! I love these pics. Keep them coming!
