2 days in the Luberon

We have 2 full days to spend in the Luberon early May (staying in St Remy). Day one we’ll be doing a self-guided bike tour of Bonnieux, Lacoste, Menerbes and Oppede. Day two we plan to see Gordes, Les Bories and Roussillon. I imagine we’d have time to add at least one more stop in the area that day. Any suggestions appreciated. Also, we'll need to stop for lunch if anyone has a recommendation. Thanks!

The Saturday market in Apt spreads out in the streets of the town. It has less touristy stuff, it's more a market for local residents in the region.

I agree with Michael. Our wives had fun with market whilst we had two pastis.

Too bad we won't be there on a Saturday! I am looking forward to trying the pastis. Aperol spritz became my favorite drink after visiting Italy, but it sounds like these may be more of an acquired taste.
