We are getting the car a couple hours earlier now, so we can maybe drive through the forest and avoid apres travail traffic.

Your choices look like fun, reliena. As an Airbnb host myself, I only wonder, at over $200 a night for the treehouse, about being told in the listing to bring your own duvet cover. Given that you're really camping in a tree with almost no amenities, I'd be inclined to ask them nicely to provide one for you. I don't think it's asking too much.

Mme Perdu, I tend to agree! We figured we would feign Canadian ignorance if we truly must. Unless you are from France, how would you be traveling with a duvet cover?!?!
It is a pricey night... I think we are paying for the novelty for sure. After all, we are staying at several chateaux for less than $150/night.

Sorry for making a statement you found unclear. StuDudley was correct in what I meant. I was just pleasantly surprised at how civil this thread was going.
I hope you have a wonderful time on your trip. I looked at the pics of the treehouse and it looks awesome. I can only imagine trying to get my wife in there tho.
