-2 nights to be determined ??? These two nights inc. Easter Saturday and Sunday.-

Hello,

Option 1 - near Delphi
Last time I went to Deplhi, some Greek friends suggested to combine it with Arachova. So, we followed their advice and it was great.
We went up to Mt. Parnassos as well

Option 2 - near Nafplio
In case you'd rather spend those 2 days in the mainland, you could head to Ancient Corinth and Nemea region. Great for wine tasting, if you like such kind of tours. Nafpaktos is also a really cute town. You could also check out Kalavrita.

Option 3 - another island
During the Greek Orthodox Easter the islands are alive with lots of people visiting and a festive atmosphere. Syros Island is great during Easter.
An elegant island, pretty different than the rest of the Cyclades. It might be a good option. Another interesting island during that time is Sifnos! One of the most famous traditions of the island is the custom of Judas, during the celebration of Easter.

Since you are going to be in Greece during Easter Sunday make all your reservations in advance and try to re-confirm them. Many Greeks like to travel at that time as well...

thanks anniesweetiepie, I tossed up between Nafpaktos and Kalavrita, decided on Nafpaktos. It does look a lovely town and a nice place to break up the trip. All accommodation booked, now to explore sites and restaurants.

Thanks again to all.
