Canal Du Midi- Best section for 1 day bike ride
Looking forward to having time to do a one day leisurely bike ride along Canal du Midi in May. However after reading plenty of info, I cannot work out the best section to ride. Probably will only manage approx 40kms (20kms each way) and would prefer it to be cool and shady, bike path not too rough and if possible, a couple of places to stop for refreshments. Is there a section that meets this 'wish list'?
