FYI - if you booked your car rental with Budget or Hertz they are located directly underneath the Meridien - right next door to the entrance....couldn't be easier.

Wow - great suggestions, everyone - I especially appreciate the info re: Isles sur la Sorgues, which sounds like it'd fit right into the Sunday schedule. FYI, chicagolori, we're leaving Monday @ 1. What do you other Fodorites think about Nimes, especially considering we have 3 and 1/2 days to spend exploring Provence? Worth doing or should we skip it in favor of more time elsewhere? Anymore restaurant recs? And yes, luvparee, I will definitely post a trip report upon our return - it's the least I can do for everyone's kind input!
