1 week in italy with kids??

1 week in italy with kids??
Hello!
I want to spend one week in italy in September with my 7 and 4 yr old. Could someone suggest where to go based on these preferences:
1) Not interested in museums
2) Not interested in historical monuments in particular
3) Kid friendly piazza
4) old rustic towns with walking streets
5) beautiful scenery and culture
6) Not into fancy dining or shopping
7) maybe an agriturismo with pool and animals for kids
Mostly someplace beautiful where my kids can learn and enjoy the culture while we experience italy.
