Maybe you could spend the entire week in Berlin. We spent 6 days there (including one spent in Potsdam) and could have spent more time. For 4 of the days we took walking tours with Insider Tours. Each one took up most the day and 3 were extremely worthwhile (I think it would have been better to visit Potsdam separately because we had to double back to visit the museum inside the Potsdam Conference site.) We missed so much that I'd like to visit again.
