1 night in Rome -- Scala Real "Navona night tour"

This summer, my fiance and I have 1 night in Rome at the end of our honeymoon before our flight leaves for home the next morning.

We'll get to Rome on a Saturday afternoon (we have a driver picking us up in positano and driving us to Rome).

We think it is a nice idea to take the Scala Real "Navona night tour" but notice that it is 3 hours long.

Do you think this tour is worth it?

If you had 1 night in Rome and your fiance had never been before would you:

a. take the Scala night tour

b. make nice dinner reservations for our last night and then just walk around ourselves

c. something else (please feel free to offer opinions -- the only thing that can't change is our itinerary of spending any more than 1 afternoon and night in Rome).

thanks!!

I would do "B", make dinner reservations at a romantic restaurant and then just the two of you walk around the streets of Roma, holding hands and making plans for your return to the Eternal City for your anniversary.
Stroll past the Trevi Fountain, the Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori and end up at the top of the Spanish Steps, look out over the view and kiss and promise to do the same on the last night every time you visit.

To me this is an easy one. Like Chardonnay says, plan B, except he/she missed throwing the coin in the Trevi fountain.

I totally agree with B. We spent a wonderful evening in Rome just wandering around and eating gelato while enjoying the beautiful sites

I've taken that Scale Reale tour and as wonderful as it is I would go for plan B if I were on a honeymoon. Congratulations on your upcoming marriage.
