Please, be so kind and advice interesting, UNIQUE tours or places to see while being on Crete (especially Chania region), Santorini and Athens?

Maybe some kind of awesome wine tours or special type of cooking class or anything..We will be there beginning of September for 14 days. We want to do something unique. Maybe something that locals do!

Do Visit the Shichahai Lakes and also try the wildly popular cuisine of the Hakka minority group at Han Cang on the Shichahai East Bank. Do travel to Turkey also sometime its a beautiful place.

While staying in Chania..
visit the beaches on western coast..Elafonisi and Falasarna.
Drive to southern shore , to Chora Skafion, take ferry to Loutro for an overnight stay.
Visit the pottery village of Margrites.
Visit Vamos village on the peninsula on the east side of Souda Bay..Many small villages surround Vamos, charm, etc. Have lunch at the taverna in the center of Vamos
Visit Arkadi Monastery, a national historic site.
..these tips were given to me by friends who live in Chania.
Visit Knossos, amazing Minoan ruins, in Heraklion.
